ABOUT
DEITRICH Deitrich
is an educator in the truest sense of the word.
One of her greatest assets
is her ability to inspire others while communicating
ideas and concepts.
While located in San
Francisco, in 1976, Deitrich began resistance training as
a way to reduce stress associated with the long hours of
operating a dental consulting firm and national seminar
company.
As a retired Business
Consultant, Deitrich enjoys one-on-one personal training
and delivering educational wellness seminars to
organizations.
Deitrich's expertise
includes cross-training and therapeutic exercises. This
combination enables her to train clients in functional
application of strength and flexibility.
Additionally, her medical
background addresses the special needs of clients with
chronic illnesses such as osteoporosis, diabetes, and
arthritis.
Her background in
nutrition gives her a practical attitude toward weight
management and healthy eating for the general population.
And her personal
experience in competing gives her knowledge of contest
preparation and special needs nutrition.
Deitrich has competed
nationally on ESPN and Fox Sports in the Fitness America
Pageant and Fitness USA. She is a seasoned personal
trainer with over ten years of experience and is
certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of
America (AFAA).
